Gainesville High School is hosting a volleyball camp for girls and boys with skill levels from beginners through advanced! This will be a fun learning atmosphere that will cater to fine tuning your skills if you are an advanced player, or learning the basic skills if you are a beginner. This camp will cover all volleyball skills needed to become a better player. We will do individual skill work and incorporate what we are learning into games and scrimmages. We welcome all levels to come learn the game or to perfect what you already have going! We will split up based on skill level for game play.
Session Dates: June 11, 12, 13 from 3-6pm

Who: Rising 3rd – Rising 8th Grade Girls and Boys
Cost: $125
Camp Gear: All campers should wear/bring appropriate training gear (shoes, shorts, socks, water bottle. Kneepads if you have them, but no need to purchase them just for this camp).
Enrollment: Our camp is open to any and all entrants limited only by grade (rising 3rd to rising 8th). Space is limited; enrollment is a first-come, first-serve basis. Early enrollment is strongly encouraged to ensure a spot in the camp.
Coach Heidtke:
Coach Heidtke completed her first season as the head varsity volleyball coach at Gainesville High School this past fall. She also coached high school volleyball in South Carolina, where her team won 4 state championships. Previously, she played at the University of South Carolina where she was a setter for four years. She is in the University of South Carolina’s Hall of Fame and is in the “SEC Legends” for her accomplishments as a player at USC. Over the years she has coached all levels of volleyball from 12u to college volleyball. She loves kids and is excited to have your child train at the Gainesville High School Camp!
