Sports Athletic Paperwork Year 2024-2025

We will no longer be accepting hard copies of physicals this year. All paperwork will be scanned and turned in via the activity registry which is required prior to tryouts.

These forms are:
- Sports Physicals (stamped and dated on or after May 1st),
- Signed Certificate of Concussion Training (dated after July 8th due to website maintenance)
- Emergency Blue Card.

Baseball:

Baseball tryouts will be held February 24, 25, 26 from 3-5PM and location is TBD. Time is subject to change if numbers are too large. All information and expectations will be communicated at a mandatory student meeting on Monday, February 10 after school in room 2105. Please reach out to Coach Miller ( ) with any questions.

Boys Lacrosse:

Tryouts will be on the stadium turf 6pm - 8pm Monday (2/24), Tuesday (2/25), Wednesday (2/26). Please reach out to Coach McMahon ( ) with any questions. 

Softball:

Softball will hold tryouts on February 24th, 25th, 26th (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) at the softball field from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. All athletes will need the following equipment:

1. Softball Pants
2. Long Sleeve, T-shirt
3. Softball Glove
4. Softball Bat
5. Cleats
6. Tennis/Turf Shoes
